The Emirates Palace, which is managed by the Kempinski Group is one of the largest luxury hotels in the world. 302 rooms and 92 suites are part of the 5 star complex, as is the Palace Conference Centre, equipped with the latest technology, a ballroom for 2400 guests, and 40 conference rooms including a media and business centre. Landscaped gardens covering 85 hectares, a specially created private beach and a yacht harbour complete the luxurious surroundings.
Traditional Arab elements can be found in the architecture of the building: a large dome, 42 meters in diameter, spans the lobby, with a further 114 domes spread over the entire building. For the interior too, the planners focused on Arab splendour using gold leaf gilding and marble. The oriental, rounded style is matched perfectly by the bathroom fittings of the Axor Terrano collection.
